This form collects the information we need to calibrate Sentinel for your packaging environment. Sentinel learns normal behaviour across your line — controller, motion, pneumatic, inspection, and quality signals — and detects deviation early, before conventional alarms and thresholds react.
Sensor-agnostic. It works with any combination of PLC tags, servo drives, pneumatic sensors, seal bars, inspection systems, OEE counters, and environmental sensors. If your line produces data, Sentinel can learn from it.
No new hardware. Sentinel works on the data your existing controllers, SCADA, and line monitoring already produce. Upload 48+ hours of baseline data and we typically return an initial calibration response within 24 hours.

Every line you monitor with Sentinel builds a structured record of equipment behaviour — normal patterns, fault signatures, degradation trajectories, recipe-specific drift. Over time, this becomes a valuable intelligence asset. Equipment OEMs and packaging machinery manufacturers need exactly this kind of real-world reliability data but can rarely obtain it from production environments. Your monitored estate isn't a cost — it's an investment that grows in value with every production run.
To calibrate Sentinel for your packaging line, we need at least 48 hours of continuous production data from normal operation — ideally covering multiple production runs and at least one recipe changeover.
Column names: Don't worry about matching specific names — just export what your system gives you. We map the columns during calibration.
Accepted formats: CSV, XLSX, XLS, ZIP
Maximum file size: 50 MB per file.
If your data is larger than 50 MB, submit the form without the file and we'll arrange a secure upload link. You can also submit a representative subset.
Bonus: If you have data from a period where a known fault occurred (seal failure, air leak, servo trip, reject spike), upload it separately and describe the incident below.
